terms and conditions listed in this Notice, please do not use the
Site and exit the Site at once. Advanced Staffing reserves
the right to update this Notice from time to time at its sole discretion.

LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. The Site is not available to minors.

purpose or reason you are not eligible to enter into a contractual
agreement you may not use this site. Please exit immediately. 3.
LICENSE. Advanced Staffing grants
you a limited license to view and/or temporarily download a copy
of information displayed on our website for your personal and
non-commercial use only You have non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-assignable, revocable rights only. The aforementioned rights
are for yourself or for within your organization. All materials
displayed or made available on the Site, inclusive of all Advanced
Staffing documents. This limited access permission and proprietary
provision includes text, images, sound, video, audio, artwork,
software, and HTML code ("Media") are exclusive property
of Advanced Staffing or its content suppliers. The Media are protected
by U.S. and international copyright laws and any further applicable
rules, regulations, and laws. Except were detailed permission is
given, you are not permitted to reproduce, download or distribute
in any manner or create any images of the materials of the media.
You may not use the media on any outlet without prior written release
from Advanced Staffing. Advanced Staffing logos ("Marks")
displayed on this Site or any other outlet are Advanced Staffing
property and may not be used for any purpose without prior written
release from Advanced Staffing. 4. YOUR WEBSITE COMMUNICATIONS. Our
Site provides an avenue for you to obtain employment , career tips,
training opportunities and general career counseling. By entering
or pasting your information to this Site ("Submitted
Material"), you agree that you grant Advanced Staffing an
ongoing permission with non-exclusivity, with no royalty expectation
but with an understanding there is no legal expectation that your
submission will result in use, publishing, transfer or submission.
Advanced Staffing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
modify, refuse to display, delete or block any submitted data or
media that Advanced Staffing considers to be unacceptable for whatever
reason deemed by Advanced Staffing management.. By your submission
you agree that we may retain copies of your Submitted Materials
and disclose your Submitted Materials to a third party provided
Advanced Staffing believes that it is legally bound or obligated
to do so. The previous statement includes, but is not limited to
protecting the integrity of this site. 5. PROHIBITED USES. In connection with your Use of our site, you agree not to: violate
any local, state, and federal rules, regulations and statutes,
This includes, but is not limited in any fashion or spirit, Equal
Opportunity, discrimination and harassment employment laws. It
is unlawful to interfere with the normal operations of this Site,
such as transmitting viruses, continuous submissions of a repetitive
nature, or to post or transmit abnormally large files or to post
advertising materials not previously approved in writing by Advanced
Staffing. Furthermore, it is unlawful to use any device or mechanism
to monitor, retrieve, search or access the Site or Material without
Advanced Staffing written approval. Access or attempt to access
any account or login of any third party listed on the Site or to
copy, modify, reproduce, delete, transmit, sell, publish, reverse
engineer any media from this site except materials that have been
submitted and are owned by you. You agree not to post or submit
any inaccurate, false, or incomplete information, such as your
resume, biographical data, or employment information 6. YOUR USAGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES. In
addition to the prohibited uses listed in Item 5, you agree to
conditions listed below:. You agree to: i. use the Site only for
legal purposes that routinely occur in searching for employment.
ii.
maintain and regularly share with Advanced Staffing complete, correct,
up to date and accurate information on your submitted information.

use your own rational judgement, business acumen and caution in
managing information offered by the Site and information submitted
by you.
7. PERSONAL SITE ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD. If you open an account with our site you will receive an account
logon and an initial password. You are held responsible keep you
logon and password protected and confidential. It is prudent to
frequently update/change your password. You are responsible for
notifying Advanced Staffing immediately if there is any breach
in security or unauthorized usage of you account. 8. UNDERSTANDING OF EMPLOYMENT EXPECTATIONS . You agree that Advanced Staffing Is not warranting you will receive
employment or offers of employment through our Site. Furthermore,
Advanced Staffing is not responsible for any third party employment
offers, employment screenings and employment decisions. Advanced
Staffing acts in good faith that information provided by third
parties is accurate and complete. You shall use your own judgment,
business acumen and reasonable caution in evaluating any prospective
employers and the information provided by third parties. 9. TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS If an offer of employment is made, you will be required to
provide certain work eligibility documentation in accordance
with the provisions of the Immigration Reform and Control Act
of 1986.
- Applicants are considered for all positions without regard
to color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, marital,
or veteran status.
- A criminal conviction will not necessarily disqualify you
from employment.
- when a temporary assignment ends, as a condition of my employment,
I must contact an Advanced Staffing representative by the end
of the next business day as well as maintain contact twice a
week. Failure to contact an Advanced Staffing representative
by the end of the next business day as well as maintain contact
twice a week, once your assignment has ended, will be considered
a voluntary quit.
- I agree to contact my employer, Advanced Staffing within 48
hours if I am having ANY problems or I am unhappy for any reason
while on assignment to report the matter to give Advanced Staffing
the opportunity to work on my behalf. . If I have a complaint
about a client or employee, I agree to contact Advanced Staffing
within 48 hours to discuss it with Advanced Staffing first and
allow Advanced Staffing the opportunity to resolve the situation
I will not talk with the client or employee directly. Failure
to notify Advanced Staffing within 48 hours is a violation of
company policy and may lead to disciplinary action up to and
including discharge.
- Advanced Staffing is my employer and I must contact Advanced
Staffing directly prior to an absence, early leave or lateness.
If the Advanced Staffing office is closed, I understand that
I may leave the details on the 24 hour voice mail however, I
understand that company policy requires me to contact my performance
supervisor personally between 8:00 and 8:30 the next business
day. Failure to notify Advanced Staffing between 8:00 and 8:30
is a violation of company policy and may lead to disciplinary
action up to and including discharge.
- When requesting time off I must notify Advanced Staffing in
writing by submitting a time off request form. Advanced Staffing
will notify me in writing once my request has been approved.
- I am not to discuss my pay rates with Advanced Staffing clients
or employees of clients.
- I will not accept full time, contract or temporary work, of
any nature with a client of Advanced Staffing, for a period of
90 days from completion of my assignment or Advanced Staffing
referral unless I receive written permission from Advanced Staffing
to do so.
- I authorize Advanced Staffing to contact my former employers
for reference purposes. I also authorize Advanced Staffing to
perform pre-employment screenings such as, but not limited to,
credit checks, , criminal background checks, drug tests, education
verification, motor vehicle, workers compensation check, social
security number verification or other screenings required by
companies. I understand that these checks may be a condition
of employment. I understand that Advanced Staffing will ask about
my status and my ability to pass these pre-employment screenings.
Failure to disclose accurate information is a violation of company
policy and may result in disciplinary action up to and including
termination. I hereby authorize Advanced Staffing to deduct from
any outstanding pay, the costs associated with any pre-employment
screening if I have withheld information regarding my ability
to pass such screening or if I do not complete the assignment
as requested by Advanced Staffing. I acknowledge failure to pass
any client company specific screening may be cause for dismissal
or withdrawal of offer of assignment at that client company.
- Any information provided on this application or pre-employment
screening results may be made available to clients.
- I certify that all information I have provided to Advanced
Staffing is true and understand that falsification/misrepresentation
of ANY information is grounds for immediate termination and reduction
of all outstanding wages to legal minimum wage.
- I also understand that company policy requires that I must
notify Advanced Staffing immediately if my status changes in
regards to any misdemeanor or felony convictions. Failure to
notify Advanced Staffing immediately may result in immediate
termination and reduction of all outstanding pay to minimum wage.
- If hired, I may terminate my employment at any time, and Advanced
Staffing may terminate my employment at any time for any reason
not prohibited by law.
- When I
accept an assignment, I make a commitment. If, for any reason
I cannot fulfill my commitment, Advanced Staffing requests
notice. I also understand that Advanced Staffing is committed
to providing quality service to its clients. Due to training
a replacement, we request a week’s notice on jobs
that are more than a week and 48 hours notice on an assignment
less than one week. Failure to provide adequate notice will subject
you to the reduction of all outstanding wages to legal minimum
wage.
- I may be
immediately terminated and my wages reduced to legal minimum
wage if I engage in any of the following: behavioral offenses
such as rude, disrespectful, crude or vulgar language, obscene
or insubordinate acts toward an Advanced Staffing Representative
or a client or personnel at the client work site, sleeping
on assignment, fighting, drug/alcohol use on the job, falsification
of any documents, abuse of rest/lunch breaks, sexual harassment
or any other type of harassment such as: offensive touching,
unauthorized use/removal of company property or accessing restricted
areas, violation of safety protocol, any dishonest or fraudulent
act, borrowing money from co-workers or supervisors, discussing
my salary with others or bringing a weapon to work.. Additionally,
communicating Advanced Staffing’s or Advanced Staffing
Client proprietary information to any organization or person
that could be in a position to compete with Advanced Staffing
or it’s client companies may be cause for immediate termination.
- I understand that if I violate any Advanced Staffing policy
either listed above or in the Employee Performance Guide or if
I am removed from an assignment for poor performance, Advanced
Staffing will reduce any outstanding pay to the legal minimum
wage.
Direct
Hire Employment Conditions Should you (or your resume)
be referred by Advanced Staffing to a client company for employment
or for consideration of employment you may not contact that employer,
its divisions, or subsidiaries or accept any referrals or offers
of employment from that client company or any company that client
company would refer you to within twelve (12) months of the Advanced
Staffing referral. Should you violate this agreement you will be
subject to a referral fee of not less than five thousand dollars
($5000.00) and any legal fees incurred to collect this referral
fee. Advanced Staffing agrees not to submit your resume for employment
consideration without your prior verbal approval.
10.
HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION. By agreeing to our
of acceptance you understand and agree to indemnify, defend, and
hold Advanced Staffing, its officers, directors, agents, employees,
harmless from any claims or demands of any third party, including,
but not limited to, attorneys' fees and legal fees, resulting from
or arising out of your Use of the Site, your Submitted Materials,
or your violation of any terms and conditions of this Notice.
11.
SITE DISCLAIMER. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE
AND ACCEPT THAT: THE SITE IS PROVIDED BY ADVANCED STAFFING ONLY
ON AN "AS IS" AND AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
Advanced Staffing DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED. Advanced Staffing EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES
THAT THIS SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR VIRUS-FREE. ADVANCED STAFFING
DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED AND
AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES; AND THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY OR VALIDITY
OF ANY SUBMITTED MATERIALS.
12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. YOU
HAVE FULL UNDERDSTANDING YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH,YOUR
USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY SUBMITTED MATERIALS. INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, THE RISKS OF FINANCIAL LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGES, AND
PERSONS ACTING UNDER FALSE PRETENSE. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE
Advanced Staffing, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS
FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE. YOU
FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT Advanced Staffing,
ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL,
REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR BREACH OR FAILURE OF WARRANTY,
EVEN IF RHI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN THE EVENT SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN
WARRANTIES, THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, OR THE DISCLAIMER OF
CERTAIN DAMAGES, ADVANCED STAFFING’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY
FOR ANY DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED U.S. $10.
13. TERMINATION. Advanced
Staffing has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any
services of the Site and remove any Materials from the Site. Advanced
Staffing may also terminate your access to any part or all of the
services provided by Advanced Staffing on the Site at any time,
with or without cause or notice, for any reasons. If you want to
terminate your account, you may only cease your Use of the Site.
Advanced Staffing shall not be responsible for maintaining or returning
your Submitted Materials, your account, or your logon and password.
You should always maintain a copy of your Submitted Materials.
14.
GENERAL. This Notice constitutes
the entire agreement between you and Advanced Staffing governing
your Use of this Site and is additional to any binding agreement
between you and Advanced Staffing. The failure or delay by either
party to enforce the terms of this Notice shall not be deemed as
a waiver of such term. All sections shall survive any termination
or unenforceability of any single section of this Notice for any
reasons. I certify that all the information contained in this application
is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that falsifying
information is cause for termination of employment. “I
hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand that it is
my responsibility to comply with the above statement AND I FURTHER
CERTIFY I AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE BY SELECTING
